2014 Colors of Saudi Arabia Forum
For the 3rd time the Saudi Commission for Tourism & Antiquities (SCTA) organized the 2014 Colors of Saudi Arabia Forum, which took place from 14-20 December 2014 at Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center. The 7-days event included the Opening Ceremony and a large photographic exhibition, highlighting the richness and diversity of Saudi Arabia.
The Embassy of the Brazil in Riyadh was invited to take part of this unique event and was delighted to participate in the exhibition together with the Embassies of Turkey, Portugal, France, Japan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Mexico, the Netherlands and the Philippines.
With the invaluable help of King Abdulaziz Public Library (KAPL), the Embassy of Brazil was able to present some masterpieces of the acclaimed Brazilian photographer Mr. Humberto Martins da Silveira. He is one of the few photographers around the world whose works are recognized everywhere in this field. He published photographic books about Saudi Arabia with the cooperation of the several institutions in the Kingdom, especially KAPL. The books ABDULLAH, BEDU and HEGRA are true photographic masterpieces.
